I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and a member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapist of Canada (ACCT). I offer individual counselling sessions to individuals (18+) both in English and in French as well as locally and online.

My approach to counselling is mainly rooted in family system theory, person centered therapy, gestalt therapy and transpersonal psychology. Essentially, I do believe that the way we view ourselves and the world around us greatly impacts the experience we will have in the middle of any given situation.

I support individuals experiencing life’s struggles and transitions.  From navigating personal relationships, parenthood challenges, coping with physical illness/injury, managing career transitions and moving through life crisis, I am here to offer a compassionate, supportive and accepting space where all of you is welcome.
